Branding

Survey Name
What happens if I change the survey name?
The name updates across your dashboard, reports, and exports. It also triggers a new cover image generation. Max 40 characters. It does not change the survey URL.

Language (Locale)
What happens if I change the default language?
All system texts (buttons, placeholders, validation messages) switch to the selected language. Your custom content remains unchanged — use the Multi-language tab to translate those.

Primary Color
What happens if I change the primary color?
The overall color theme of your survey updates (backgrounds, highlights, accents). Sets the visual identity for respondents.

Button Color
What happens if I change the button color?
CTA buttons and key interactive elements switch to the selected color.

Logo
What happens if I upload a logo?
Your logo appears at the top of the survey, replacing any default branding.

Logo White Buffer
What happens if I activate the logo white buffer?
White padding is added around your logo, which helps if it has a transparent background or blends into the cover image.

Cover Image
What happens if I upload a cover image?
A background image is displayed behind the survey header area.

Cover Opacity
What happens if I change the cover opacity?
The cover image becomes more or less transparent (0 = fully transparent, 100 = fully visible). Lower opacity makes text more readable.

Cover Top Offset
What happens if I change the cover top offset?
The vertical position of the cover image shifts up or down, letting you control which part of the image is visible.

Custom CSS
What happens if I add custom CSS?
You can override any visual element of the survey with your own styles. This is advanced and typically used for pixel-perfect brand alignment.

White Label
What happens if I activate white label?
All Feedier branding is removed from the survey. Respondents will only see your brand.

Settings

Active / Inactive (Status)
What happens if I deactivate my survey?
Your survey becomes inaccessible to respondents. Anyone trying to open the link will be blocked. All existing responses are preserved. Reactivate at any time.

Intro Text
What happens if I add an intro text?
A rich-text message is displayed to respondents before the questions begin. Supports HTML formatting. Great for context, instructions, or welcome messages.

Footer Text
What happens if I add footer text?
The text appears at the bottom of every page of your survey. Ideal for legal disclaimers, contact info, or branding messages. Supports HTML.

Users
What happens if I assign users to a survey?
Only selected team members will see this survey in their dashboard and have access to its data and settings. Others won't see it.

Template Survey (Is Master)
What happens if I mark a survey as a template?
The survey becomes available as a starting template for other users in your organization. Useful for standardizing survey formats across teams.

Allow Multiple Answers per Device
What happens if I deactivate "Allow multiple answers per device"?
Each device/browser can only submit one response. Repeat attempts are blocked. Useful to prevent duplicate responses.
Exemple : If the user answer the email received on his mobile he won't be able to answer to the same email on his desktop.

Restricted Attribute ID
What happens if I restrict access by attribute?
Only respondents matching a specific attribute on the push will be allowed to take the survey. Others are denied access.

Form Slug
What happens if I change my form slug?
The URL of your survey changes. Previously shared links using the old slug will stop working. Update all shared links after changing.

Custom Domain
What happens if I set a custom domain?
Your survey URL uses your own domain instead of the default Feedier domain. HTTPS is required. Gives a fully branded experience.

Push

Email Header Image URL
What happens if I set an email header image?
Your custom banner/image appears at the top of all survey invitation emails.

Custom Sender Name
What happens if I set a custom sender name?
Emails appear to come from your chosen name (e.g., "Julien from Acme") instead of the default Feedier sender.

Custom Sender Email
What happens if I set a custom sender email?
Invitation emails are sent from your own email address. Requires email verification to activate.

Custom Reply-To Email
What happens if I set a custom reply-to email?
When recipients hit "Reply," their response goes to your chosen address instead of the default.

Hide Call-to-Action
What happens if I hide the call-to-action?
The main button in the invitation email (e.g., "Give your feedback") is removed.

Custom Unsubscribe URL
What happens if I set a custom unsubscribe URL?
When recipients click "Unsubscribe," they go to your own page instead of the default.

Custom Email Header HTML
What happens if I add custom email header HTML?

The top section of the email is replaced with your own HTML for full branding control.

Custom Email Footer HTML
What happens if I add a custom email footer?
The bottom section is replaced with your own HTML (legal mentions, social links, etc.).

Push Link Expiration Days
What happens if I set push link expiration days?
Survey links sent via email expire after the specified number of days. Expired links no longer work.

Custom SMS Sender Name
What happens if I set a custom SMS sender name?
The SMS appears from your brand name instead of a random number. Availability depends on region/carrier.
