New KPI visualizations
What's New:
KPI components now have a visualisation selector, so the same KPI can be presented in more than one way. Pick your KPI, then pick how it looks.
How It Works:
New visualisations: Two new satisfaction displays are available, plus an item chart on the Operational KPI. They work with any satisfaction KPI, not only NPS, so CES and ratings are included.
Only what fits: The selector lists only the visualisations available for the KPI you selected, alongside the existing metric and chart displays.
Benchmark in Reports: Averages, Sorting, Full-Year Views and Choice Ordering
What's New:
Four improvements to the Benchmark component: an average curve in line chart mode, sorting by your own custom KPI, a full year of months in a single view, and control over the order choices appear in.
How It Works:
Average in line mode: The "show average" option now works in line chart mode, drawing the average across your compared series as a curve. It's the same setting as in bar mode, so switching chart type keeps your choice.
Sort by custom KPI: When a benchmark is built on a custom KPI formula, that KPI is now available as a sort criterion, ascending or descending, so you can order the benchmark by the value it actually displays.
A full year at a glance: A monthly breakdown covering 12 months now shows all 12 on one page, in chronological order, with no paging back and forth. Any 12-month range works, not just a calendar year.
Choice ordering: Benchmark and feedback item components let you order choices by feedback template order, by volume (ascending or descending), or by a custom order you set with drag and drop. The order is saved on the component and leaves your feedback template untouched.
Consistent KPI Numbers and Comparable Scales
What's New:
Business Context now controls how KPI numbers are formatted and can put different question scales on a common footing, so KPIs can be read side by side.
How It Works:
Decimal precision: Set the number of decimals (0, 1 or 2) for KPI values in Business Impact, applied consistently wherever those KPIs appear.
Scale normalisation: Turn on normalisation to bring CES and rating questions onto a common scale (1 to 5, or 1 to 10), so a CES scored out of 7 and a rating out of 10 can be compared directly.
Rating Table questions are not part of scale normalisation.
