Share Workflows, Segments & KPI Formulas Across Teams

What's New:
You can now choose exactly which teams can access a workflow, segment, or KPI formula — instead of only the team it was created in and its parent teams.

How It Works:

  • Team sharing tree: Open the sharing option on a workflow, segment, or KPI formula and select any team (and its sub-teams) you want to give access to.

  • Data stays protected: Sharing an object with another team never exposes data that team isn't already allowed to see.

Redesigned Attribute Management & Filtering

What's New:
Managing attributes is now easier to navigate and more powerful: filter by type, a clearer create and edit experience, a new Values view with per-team breakdowns.

How It Works:

  • Filter by type: Use the new type dropdown on the Attributes page to narrow the list down to exactly the type you need.

  • Redesigned create & edit: Creating an attribute now separates Settings and Visibility into clear tabs. Editing opens a side panel with Settings, Visibility, and a new Values tab.

  • Values with feedback counts: The Values tab lists every value with its feedback count, and hovering shows the breakdown per team. Sensitive attributes require a quick confirmation before their values are revealed.

New Admin Interfaces for Team Memberships & SSO Group Mapping

What's New:
Managing who has access to which team, and with which role, is now much easier: a dedicated memberships editor per user, a per-team members view, and — for single sign-on — a visual interface for mapping identity provider groups to teams and roles across workspaces.

How It Works:

  • Memberships editor: A user's settings now show a table of team and role pairs instead of a single global role. Add, edit, or remove access per team, with a badge showing whether it's set manually or synced from SSO.

  • Team members view: Each team's settings page has a new Members tab listing everyone with access to it, showing whether their access is direct or inherited from a parent team.

  • Smarter invitations: Inviting someone now asks for a team and a role, and you can grant several at once.

  • Settings > SSO: View your connection details, linked workspaces, and all group mappings in one place.

  • Group mapping table: Map each identity provider group to one or more teams and roles using a visual team picker, including teams from linked workspaces.

  • Preview before you save: Test sample group values to see exactly which access they would grant, before applying any change.

  • Full audit trail: Every membership and SSO mapping change is logged, so you can always see who changed what and when.

You can only grant access up to your own role on a given team — you can't hand out permissions you don't have yourself.
