Once you choose the ‘breakdown by questions’ option you will have 4 easy steps to create a Feedback Item graph.

Choose the questions you want to see regarding the question type
Select if you want to see feedback count, feedback % or both as labels.
Note that here that the total of answers corresponds to the number of feedback collected containing an answer to this question.
