As your teams scale and operate across multiple business units or regions, the need to keep data environments isolated while maintaining user control becomes essential. Feedier Workspaces solve this by enabling completely separate data environments with flexible access to all roles and admin control.

🔑 How It Works
1️⃣ Invite Across Workspaces (Staff users have the ability by default)
In User & Teams page, Admins can search for users by name or ID and invite them to another Workspace they manage.
To have the Workspace Invite button as an admin you need to belong to two workspaces.
The first invite to a new workspace must come from a Staff member.
Works for all roles: Viewers, Editors, Restricted Viewers, Admins.
2️⃣ Workspace Switching
If a user belongs to 2+ Workspaces, a workspace switcher is available in the UI.
3️⃣ Role & Permissions Handling
When you change a user’s role, the change is reflected across all workspaces where applicable.
Only Admins can access the User & Teams page → Only role capable of inviting users to workspace.
4️⃣ Security & Data Isolation
Any feedback, reports, or objects created in one workspace stay isolated.
Switching workspaces ensures you're working only in the selected data environment.
