What are Action Plans ?
Action Plans are AI-based analyses designed to transform you Feedbacks into actionable improvement in order to reduce frictions.

What happen if I reject an action ?
Approving and rejecting actions helps the AI to improve the areas of improvements detected in the future.
This feature allows you to track which actions you have decided to focus on. Rejected improvements will be strikethrough. They will not be included in the action plan reports and will be moved to the bottom of the list.
How to trace back to the feedback that generated this action ?
Showing the related verbatims tied to an action is a powerful way of finding where the customer friction occurs in your organization.
