Objective
The objective of this guide is to sync your Trustpilot reviews with the Feedier platform to:
Automatically analyze them using Feedier's text analysis.
Centralize reporting of various reviews and track them over time.
Identify areas for improvement by store, region, etc.
Setting up the import only requires your company's Trustpilot URL and does not require any technical intervention. Estimated time: 2 min
Configuring Trustpilot import on Feedier
Feedier → Feedbacks → Imports
Click on "Create a new import" from the main team or the relevant sub-team (e.g., Marketing, e-reputation, etc.).
Enter the Trustpilot URL that cooresponds to the page that centralizes all your reviews, then click "Continue."
Click on "Automatically create a new survey", then click "Continue."
Finally, click "Complete" at the last step.
Everything is set up.
Reviews will be automatically imported every 3 hours, up to 8 times per day. It is recommended to wait a few hours for all reviews to appear on the platform.
The last 100 reviews will be imported during the initial setup.
