Personal & Team Dashboards

What’s New:
The main Dashboard page now offers two distinct views:

  • Team Dashboard: Works exactly like the current dashboard, editable by team admins and editors.

  • Personal Dashboard: Regardless of your role, you can now create custom dashboards tailored to your workflow

How It Works:

  • Switch easily between your Team and Personal dashboards using the tabs at the top of the page.

  • Create, customize, and save your dashboards with the metrics and feedback that matter most to you.

The personal dashboard work at a team level, this means on the teams you have access you will have different dashboards as teams not always share the same data between them.

Referentials System

What’s New:
We’ve introduced a structured metadata system called Referentials to help you organize and enrich your feedback attributes.

How It Works:

  • Define Referentials: Create a referential (e.g., "Stores") based on an attribute like store_name.

  • Template Attributes: Specify which additional data points must be tracked for each item (e.g., store_address, store_owner, store_postal_code).

  • Manage Items: Add items to your referential and fill in the template attributes.

  • Search Integration: Feedback containing attribute values that match referential items automatically includes all associated referential data in search results.

Example: For all the feedbacks with attribute "age_range" value "16" attach the attribute "Portfolio" value "East Paris", and the attribute "identity" value "Non-binary".

Merge Insights

What’s New:
You can now merge related insights. Giving you the ability to group close insights to improve your analysis across the platform

How It Works:

  • Open the Merge Insights modal and select which insights to merge.

  • You have to select the target and destination.

  • Target insights will be merged in the destination insight.

Time Zone Management

What’s New:
Feedier now supports time zone handling across the platform, allowing all dates to reflect the selected team or organization time zone.

How It Works:

  • You can set a preferred time zone from a predefined list in the settings.

  • All dates in the platform (e.g., feedback creation) automatically display according to the selected time zones.

By default all teams will use the organization time zone unless it's updated at a team level
