New Export: Verbatims with Sentiment & Topics
We’ve added a new export option to make external analysis and sharing much easier.
What you can export
From the Live Feed → Export menu, you can now export a file that includes:
Feedback ID
Verbatim text
Feedback date
Sentiment score
Attached topics (comma-separated if multiple)
If a feedback has no topics, the field is left empty.
Smart export behavior
The export respects all filters applied in the Live Feed
You only export what you’re currently viewing
Same limits as standard feedback exports apply:
Up to 500,000 rows total
Up to 100,000 per source
Maximum 5 sources per export
