New Dashboard Design

We’ve improved how the dashboard behaves when you move and resize components, making layouts smoother, clearer, and easier to control.

Smarter drag & resize behavior

Dashboard components now follow a consistent layout system that ensures:

  • Smooth drag & drop interactions

  • Predictable resizing that always aligns components neatly

  • Clean alignment across all screen sizes

This means fewer layout issues, no awkward overlaps, and a more polished report-building experience.

Component-Aware Sizing

Each dashboard component now respects size rules designed for its content.

What this means for you:

  • KPI cards stay compact and readable

  • Charts always have enough space to be meaningful

  • Insight and summary components remain easy to scan

You get flexibility without layouts that break or become unreadable.

Improved Score Table Ordering

Score tables are now easier to explore and analyze.

What’s new
You can order score tables based on an attribute by:

  • Minimum value

  • Maximum value

  • Average value

  • Count

This makes it easier to:

  • Spot extremes

  • Compare performance across attributes

  • Focus on what matters most for your analysis

New Export: Verbatims with Sentiment & Topics

We’ve added a new export option to make external analysis and sharing much easier.

What you can export

From the Live Feed → Export menu, you can now export a file that includes:

  • Feedback ID

  • Verbatim text

  • Feedback date

  • Sentiment score

  • Attached topics (comma-separated if multiple)

If a feedback has no topics, the field is left empty.

Smart export behavior

  • The export respects all filters applied in the Live Feed

  • You only export what you’re currently viewing

  • Same limits as standard feedback exports apply:

    • Up to 500,000 rows total

    • Up to 100,000 per source

    • Maximum 5 sources per export
