New Reports

What's New:
Reports have been rebuilt from the ground up. A completely new layout, a new grid-based drag & drop experience, premium chart rendering, real-time collaboration, presentation mode, and the foundation for Deep Research. Every part of the module has been reworked for clarity, speed and quality.

What's Better:

  • Completely new layout: A redesigned report canvas built for focus and density, with cleaner visuals and a more modern feel.

  • Grid layout system: Free-form drag & drop positioning with resizable components and up to 4 slots per row. Components can take up as little as ¼ of the page. Place anything anywhere, size it how you want.

  • Seamless drag & drop: A brand-new UX to add components seamlessly, and move or copy components across pages effortlessly.

  • Premium chart rendering: Charts are now significantly higher quality and leverage the full available space. Every metric comes with an explanatory tooltip so users always understand what they're looking at.

  • Presentation mode: Keyboard-driven slide-by-slide navigation to present reports directly from Feedier, no export needed.

  • Real-time collaboration: See who's viewing a report live, component locking prevents conflicts, and changes sync instantly across all users.

  • Color customization & branding: Full color palette control on components, with cover images that integrate seamlessly into the report design. Next sprint, we'll add automatic brand detection to extract each client's color palette and branding automatically.

  • Schema-driven configuration: All component settings are now powered by a dynamic form system, making configuration faster and more consistent. It's also the foundation for full test coverage on every component and for the upcoming Deep Research report generation. The same schema-driven form system now powers Autopilot node settings, replacing all custom panels with a single unified approach.

  • Activity page redesign: Since Activity and Reports share the same component designs, the Activity page has been refreshed with the same visual and interaction improvements.

Ask Feedier

What's New: Now you can ask Feedier's AI analyst, upgraded with a redesigned brain and a bunch of new superpowers. Faster answers, less fluff, responses that read like a CX expert wrote them.

What You Can Ask It:

  • Answer any CX question: Measure NPS, CSAT, CES, ratings, sentiment or feedback volume for any time window, segment, product, region or topic. Compare & benchmark with rankings, trends, matrices (e.g. "satisfaction by model × region") and source breakdowns. Diagnose issues with top pain points and supporting verbatims, grouped into themes. Spot strengths. Summarize at scale with one-shot Strengths / Weaknesses / Opportunities synthesis.

  • Visualize instantly: Ask "NPS trend over 6 months by model" and you get the chart right in the conversation bar, line, pie, donut, heatmap or bullet, picked automatically.

  • Build reports end-to-end: Say "build me a report about delivery satisfaction in Q1" and Deep Research plans the whole blueprint (pages, components, filters), shows it to you for approval, and creates the report and all its components in parallel once you confirm. No more building dashboards component by component.

  • Context-aware on every page: On a report page, it analyses the actual components you're looking at. In "Add component", it becomes a component designer, picks the right type and adds it to the exact page you're on. On an insight or filtered view, it gives a tailored summary or action plan for that exact scope.

  • Generate action plans: From any diagnosis, Deep Research can produce a structured action plan focused on the issues it just surfaced one click to approve.

  • Conversation history: Every conversation is now saved with an auto-generated title. Resume past investigations or share them with teammates.
