Web search in Ask Feedier

What's New:
Ask Feedier can now search the web to answer questions that go beyond your own feedback data, such as information about your competitors or your market.

How It Works:

  • Ask Feedier a question that needs external context, like 'Tell me the NPS of my main competitors', fill in your Business context for the most accurate answers.

  • The agent pulls relevant information from the web and combines it with your internal feedback in its answer.

In the SWOT report component, Opportunities and Threats will be drawn from external data, rolling out in an upcoming release.

Related problems and tracking flags on action items

What's New:
You can now link the problems Feedier surfaces directly to the actions meant to resolve them, and place tracking flags on an action's evolution chart to see whether it's having an impact over time.

How It Works:

  • Each action shows a new Related problems card at the top.

  • Click Add problem to attach one or more insights from the action plan; the same insight can be linked to several actions.

  • Detach an insight anytime with the remove icon.

  • Use Add tracking on the "Evolution of related problems over time" chart to mark when an action was implemented or changed.

  • Tracking flags stay on the chart and are visible in the report view, so you can correlate actions with how the related problems evolve.

Trusted devices for two-factor authentication

What's New:
Two-factor authentication no longer asks for a code every time you log in. Once you verify a device, it stays trusted for 7 days.

How It Works:

  • After entering your code, your browser stays trusted for 7 days — no re-prompt on each sign-in.

  • A new browser or device still triggers a verification challenge.

  • Review your trusted devices under Settings → Advanced (browser, OS, IP, last used).

  • Revoke any device individually or all at once; changing your password revokes them all automatically.
