Don't forget that two ways of filtering are available in Reports :

  • πŸͺ£ Globally to the whole report.

  • πŸ’§ Specific to the component.

If you notice differences in the data between two report components -> check out that no specific filter is apply on the component.

My report component has no data even if there are Feedbacks matching my filter in the Live Feed. How can you explain ?

  1. A global filter is applied on the report (you can ignore global filter on the component).

  2. A specific filter is applied to the component.

  3. The Feedback Item chosen is not in the survey you are looking to.
