More accurate sentiment on mixed feedback
What's New:
Sentiment is now analyzed for each opinion within a verbatim, not just the response as a whole. A comment like "Great food but slow service" is correctly split (positive on Food, negative on Service), so your topic show accurate numbers.
How It Works:
When a verbatim contains mixed opinions, each part gets its own sentiment score and topic.
Filtering or grouping a dashboard by topic now reflects only the relevant parts of each response.
Summarize your Ask Feedier conversation
What's New:
Ask Feedier can now summarize your current conversation and drop that recap straight into a report.
How It Works:
Use Summarize this conversation in the Ask Feedier chat to get a concise recap of your exchange.
Add the summary to a report, either an existing one or a new report, as a full-page notes component.
Ask Feedier answers your product questions
What's New:
Ask Feedier can now answer how-to questions about using Feedier itself, drawing on the official help documentation and pointing you to the relevant article.
How It Works:
Ask a question like "How do I connect Salesforce to Feedier?"
Ask Feedier answers from the Feedier Help Center and links the documentation page it used.
