Analyst Setup

What's New:
Feedier is your AI analyst, and to deliver the most relevant analysis from day one it needs to know who you are, what you care about, and how you communicate. Analyst Setup is a new top-nav setup hub that consolidates all your org-level configuration into a single page. The information you provide here is automatically injected into AI prompts across the platform, making every output sharper and more on-brand.

How It Works:

  • Welcome flow: First-time admins see a welcome screen and a quick form (company name, URL, optional file uploads) to get started.

  • Five-section configuration: Organisation details, Business context, Language and voice, Business KPIs, and Branding, all editable in one scrollable page.

  • Inherited team settings: Team-level settings (cover page, geolocation, language, etc.) stay where they are, with inheritance from parent teams or the org.

  • Migration on release: Your existing org-level data and primary team's color palette are migrated automatically.

  • The context will be used in AI powered features, so it's important you fill it

  • This page is only available to admins.

SWOT Component

What's New:
A brand-new SWOT component is now available in the report builder. Visualize Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats for any topic or segment in a clean 4-quadrant layout, with the supporting verbatim proof links kept right inside each card.

How It Works:

  • Add the component: Pick the new SWOT component from the component picker, just like any other report block.

  • Pick your focus: Choose Topic or Segment, then select the specific value to analyse.

  • Editable cards: Each of the 4 quadrants is fully editable, so you can refine the AI-generated content to your liking.

  • Sourcing preserved: Insight hyperlinks stay visible and clickable inside every card.

  • Autopilot-ready: When sent via Autopilot, SWOT content is freshly regenerated at send time.

Hide Insights

What's New:
Wrong, irrelevant or low-value insights no longer have to clutter your analysis. Admins and staff can now hide them, and restore them later if needed.

How It Works:

  • Manage menu: From the Insights component (in Text Analysis or reports), open the Manage menu.

  • Three actions: Merge, Hide, Manage hidden.

  • Hide & restore: Hide an insight to remove it from your analysis, and recover it any time via "Manage hidden".

Smarter Topic Detection

What's New:
Topic detection just got a major upgrade. Topics now use structured instructions (must-include / must-exclude) instead of a single free-text context. Each instruction is evaluated separately, making detection more reliable, more transparent and easier to debug. And every tagging decision, both matched and rejected, is now stored, so you can finally see exactly why a topic was or wasn't applied to a verbatim.

How It Works:

  • Structured instructions: When creating or editing a topic, add a list of typed instructions (must-include / must-exclude). Existing free-text contexts are migrated into a default instruction automatically.

  • Tagging Analysis modal: Open the new Tagging Analysis action on any verbatim to inspect topic-by-topic verdicts.

    • Step 1, Review tagged topics: See per-instruction verdicts (green/red/unknown) and the LLM's reasoning for each tag.

    • Step 2, Review missing topics: Pick a topic you expected, see why it was rejected, and attach it manually (or use "Attach all").

  • Outdated reasons flagged: If you edit a topic's instructions, decisions made under the old instructions are clearly flagged as outdated.

  • Taxonomy generation: The taxonomy wizard now generates instructions alongside topic names from the start.

Pre-fill Attribute Values on Push Links

What's New:
When creating a feedback push link, you can now manually attach attribute values (e.g. survey scope, contract reference, technical stop reference) before sending. The same logic that already exists on QR code links now applies to push links, making it easy to enrich every feedback with the right context up-front.

How It Works:

  • Select before send: A new attribute selection field is available in the push/campaign send module.

  • Use existing attributes: Pick from your existing Feedier attribute values (no new ones are created from this screen).

  • Quick access: A direct link takes you to the Attributes management page if you need to add or manage values.
