Track Insights Over Time
What's New:
Insights are no longer just a snapshot, you can now see how each one evolves over time. A new Insights over time view is available on the Dashboard, in Text Analysis, and in Reports, so you can spot trends, escalations and improvements at a glance.
How It Works:
Dashboard: Add the new Insights over time component, with the same configuration as the KPI flow plus a time-period dropdown. Displays up to 8 values.
Text Analysis: Each insight card has a new Chart icon next to the Smart Insight icon. Click it to expand the card and see the insight's evolution (based on volume %) over the period of your choice.
Reports: A new configuration checkbox on the Insights component switches it to over-time view, with its own time-period dropdown. 8 items per page in both list and over-time views.
