Business Impact score
What's New:
Business Impact is a new prioritization score from 0 to 10 that combines your feedback signals into a single number, so you can instantly see what deserves attention first. It works as a ranking lens across the platform and leaves your existing metrics (like Satisfaction Ratio) untouched.
How It Works:
Set it up in Analyst Setup > Business Impact. Turn on the signals that matter to you (Sentiment, Ratings, NPS, Customer Effort Score); Volume is always included, and weights adjust automatically with no manual configuration.
Signals point the score toward what needs action: negative sentiment, lower ratings, concentrated detractors, and high-effort experiences all raise it.
Add optional financial context (Customer Value, issue handling cost, currency) to estimate the financial weight behind each score.
A higher score means higher priority, shown with a color band (red high, orange medium, green low).
Track trends over time: once you apply a time period, each score shows a trend badge comparing it to the previous comparable period, so you can see whether it is improving or worsening.
In this release, find Business Impact as a sortable column in your Topics lists across Text Analysis, and ask Ask Feedier questions like your top topics by Business Impact for a given period or filter.
Coming in upcoming releases: a default time period so trends show automatically without setup, plus Business Impact in score tables, insights, topic segments, attribute values, sources, and across action plans (both individual actions and the plan-level score), as well as a benchmarking type in Reporting.
PowerPoint export for reports
What's New:
You can now export any report as a PowerPoint (PPTX) file, in addition to the existing PDF and JPG options, ready to drop straight into a presentation.
How It Works:
Open a report and choose Download, then PPTX.
The export keeps the report's layout, charts, tables, and visuals.
This is a beta feature. It currently works best with Microsoft PowerPoint. We will iterate to make it work with Google slides in next releases.
