Multiple Taxonomies with Cross-Team Sharing
What's New:
You can now create several taxonomies within the same team and share them with other teams. Each taxonomy is its own object with a name, type, goal and constraints — so you can run different analysis structures side by side (one per brand, business line or journey) instead of being limited to a single one per team.
How It Works:
Create a taxonomy at any time: the Create taxonomy action is available from Text & Analysis whenever you need it, not only when you don't have one yet.
Switch between taxonomies: a selector at the top of the Discovery view lets you move between every taxonomy available to your team.
Manage everything in one place: the taxonomy modal opens on three tabs — Taxonomy (segments and topics), Overview (name, type, goal, constraints and tagging statistics) and Visibility.
Share with other teams: from Visibility, make a taxonomy available to your whole organization or to specific teams. The parent teams of any selected team are always included.
One live object, no copies: a shared taxonomy is never duplicated — any edit is instantly reflected everywhere it is visible.
Topic recommendations per taxonomy: the suggest new topics recommendations now live inside each taxonomy, scoped to that taxonomy.
Start fresh without creating a new team: delete a taxonomy and create a new one in the same team — your feedback, surveys and team members are untouched.
Your existing taxonomies are migrated automatically: each team keeps its current taxonomy, visible to that team only. Creating, editing, deleting and sharing a taxonomy is reserved to admins, and organization-wide visibility can only be set by a primary-team admin.
Zendesk Import
What's New:
You can now connect your Zendesk account and bring your support tickets straight into Feedier. Analyse them alongside your survey feedback to understand what's driving your support volume and where problems originate.
How It Works:
Set up the import: go to Imports and choose Zendesk, then give your import a name.
Connect your account: provide your Zendesk API token, the email address associated with that token, and your Zendesk subdomain.
Ticket content is mapped for you: the ticket subject, the initial request, the requester's messages, the agent's replies and the closing messages come in as verbatims ready for text analysis.
Ticket context becomes attributes: priority, type, categories, status, creation date and requester name are imported as attributes you can filter and segment on.
Stays up to date: new tickets are imported automatically, and open tickets are kept in sync — their status is updated and new replies are added as the conversation continues.
