One Time Period Driving Every Timeline
What's New:
A single time-period filter now controls every timeline in the product. It's always present in your filters, its dates are yours to change, and your team sets the default.
Trends are enabled by default on every objects component.
How It Works:
Always present: The time-period filter sits in your global filters and can't be removed. Change its dates whenever you need a different range.
Team default: A team setting defines the default period, set to the last 12 months unless you configure otherwise.
One source of truth: Dashboard KPIs, the Insights view over time, and the topic and topic-segment analysis views all follow this period. Their separate timeline selectors are gone.
Per-chart exception: A chart's settings let it ignore the global period. Charts that do show an icon with a tooltip, so it's clear the difference is intentional.
Locked segments no longer carry a time period of their own, since the fixed filter now owns time ranges.
New Dashboard Components: Sources, Attributes and Topic Segments
What's New:
The dashboard object component you know from Insights now comes in three more flavours, with the same columns, metrics and business impact.
How It Works:
Sources table: one row per source.
Attributes table: pick an attribute and get one row per value.
Topic Segments table: pick a taxonomy and get one row per topic segment. Click a row to open the expanded analysis view.
Consistent behaviour: all three follow your dashboard filters and keep their configuration when you save.
Open Any Row With a Single Click
What's New:
Clicking anywhere on a row now opens that item, across every object table.
How It Works:
Topics, Segments, Referentials and KPI formulas: click any part of a row to open its side panel, the way Attributes already worked.
Imports: clicking a row opens the import. The source link under the title still takes you to the source.
Unchanged: row buttons, menus and checkboxes keep doing exactly what they did before.
Ask Feedier Can Duplicate and Edit Your Reports
What's New:
Ask Feedier can now duplicate a whole report, a single page or a single component, then change the filters on the copy. Rebuilding the same report for another segment no longer means redoing it by hand.
How It Works:
Duplicate what you need: Ask for a copy of a report, of one page, or of one component.
Re-filter the copy: Ask to swap the filters (a different destination, store or segment) and Ask Feedier applies them to the copy.
Edit in place: Rename a report, replace its filter, or adjust a component's settings, title, size or position.
You stay in control: Bulk changes are confirmed in the chat before they run, and a report someone else is editing is left untouched.
Report-Level Branding and Smarter Chart Colours
What's New:
Reports can now carry their own branding, and charts use colours that carry meaning: sentiment and NPS in green, grey and red, and maps in graduated shades so similar scores stay distinguishable.
How It Works:
Branding per report: In a report's settings, keep the account branding or set a custom logo, primary and secondary colours, and typography for that report alone. It applies in the app, in PDF exports, on share links and in emails.
Sentiment and NPS colours: On line-over-time charts broken down by sentiment or NPS, Positive and Promoter show green, Neutral and Passive grey, Negative and Detractor red. Other breakdowns keep the standard palette.
Clearer maps: Map locations now use graduated shades, so a cluster of close scores (say 70 to 90) is still easy to read.
Only people with edit access on a report can change its branding. Reports left on account branding are unchanged.
