Importing feedbacks from CSV

How to import existing feedbacks using a CSV file If you have feedback stored in other platforms and would like to centralise your feedback in one place, you can upload your feedback data directly into the platform.

Get your feedback ready for upload

βœ… Maximum 10 000 lines.

βœ… Maximum size is 50 MB.

βœ… File must be encoded in UTF-8 (most common .csv encoding).

βœ… First line will be considered as the header.

Uploading your feedback on the platform

Feedback β†’ Imports β†’ Create a new import β†’ File upload

  • Select the CSV type of import

  • Select the date column in your file that you want to use as the Feedback creation date.

If no date is selected, the feedback's creation date will default to the import date.

Automatically create a source

This will automatically create a source with the corresponding columns.

Manual Mapping

You can choose to manually map the columns of your files to existing feedback items in a Feedier Survey or Feedback template
