Why should I use Segments ?
Use segment to pre-save complex filter en reuse them across the platform
In Text Analysis, Segments allows you to regroup you topics into common group of analysis.
Thus, I can get an overview of the current sentiment of wider categories of topics.
What are the different segment types ?
Type | Meaning |
⭐ Normal | Classic segment usable across the platform. |
🔒 Locked | By default applied as filter when the user logs in. |
💬 Topic | Segment to be used in the Text Analysis module. |
