What is a Source ?
A Source allows to group multiple imports to target the same Feedback Template.
What is a Feedback Template ?
The feedback template represents the structure of the Feedbacks within your source. During an import, you will be able to add Feedback Items to your source structure or select existing ones to target.
❌ Deleting an item within your Feedback Template will not delete it in the existing feedbacks. The only way to add a Feedback Item to the template is to import new Feedbacks.
