Merge attribute values
What's New:
You can now merge duplicate or near-duplicate values within an attribute directly from your settings — no need to ask the integration team. Clean up variations like two spellings of the same store, region, or owner in just a few clicks.
How It Works:
Go to Settings → Attributes and open an attribute that has at least two values.
On the value you want to retire, click Merge.
Pick the destination value to keep; the source value will be merged into it.
Confirm — the action is irreversible. Progress shows in the Long tasks panel.
All feedback linked to the old value is automatically re-linked to the value you kept.
If an attribute value merged being the "source" is being used in reports or dashboard the component will show an error.
Available only for Admin users.
