What's New:
Your taxonomy is no longer live the moment you edit it. The new Taxonomy Lab gives you a draft workspace where you build, test and refine your segments and topics against a sample of real verbatims and publish only once you're happy with the results.
How It Works:
Two views: Structure shows your segments and topics side by side, with how many sample verbatims each topic captures. Instructions puts every MUST and MUST NOT rule in one searchable table, so you can edit and save several topics at once.
Instant feedback: Every time you save a topic it's re-tested on the sample. The hit count and untagged rate refresh automatically, with an arrow showing how it compares to your published version.
Nothing is live until you publish: Creating, renaming or deleting topics and segments in the draft never changes your live taxonomy, your Discovery page or your reports.
Fine-Tune: Teach Feedier What Good Looks Like
What's New:
Fine-tune turns taxonomy tuning into a guided review. Feedier shows you how it tagged sample verbatims, you tell it what's right or wrong, and it rewrites your topic instructions for you.
How It Works:
Confirm or correct: Go through tagged verbatims one by one, confirm a good tag, flag a wrong one, or add a topic Feedier missed.
Preview before saving: Feedier shows your current instructions next to the proposed rewrite, so nothing changes without your say-so. The topic is re-tested right after you save.
Track your progress: Each session shows your streak, how often Feedier got it right, and how many corrections you made.
Untagged themes: See what the sample left untagged and get suggested themes you can turn into topics.
Validate, Publish & Version History
What's New:
Publishing a taxonomy is now a deliberate step with a safety net: validate your draft on a larger sample first, then publish a numbered version you can always roll back to.
How It Works:
Validate first: Publishing only becomes available once you've validated the draft on a larger sample, and is blocked while a test is still running.
Publish creates a version: Your draft becomes version N and goes live, and the affected topics are automatically re-tagged across your feedback.
Version history: See every version as Live, Archived or Draft, and use Restore to bring an older one back into your draft, your live taxonomy stays untouched until you publish again.
Guided assistant: Ask Feedier on the Lab page can inspect your draft and propose changes, updating instructions, creating topics, moving them between segments, and always asks for your approval before writing anything.
